Double Elite Qualifying Miles DFW to Boston

Boston Street

Here’s a new Double Elite Qualifying Miles offer, and unlike the recent DFW to New York LaGuardia, this one isn’t targeted:

Airline: American Airlines

Award: Double Elite Qualifying Miles

Bonus Code: BOSEQ

Dates: Book your trip and fly between April 3, 2012, and June 30, 2012
Offer: Reach elite status faster! Book a roundtrip ticket and fly on American Airlines between Dallas/Fort Worth and Boston between April 3, 2012 and June 30, 2012. You’ll earn double elite status qualifying miles, the miles that bring you closer to qualifying or re-qualifying for AAdvantage Gold, AAdvantage Platinum and AAdvantage Executive Platinum status, at an accelerated rate.

Starting in May, JetBlue begins service to DFW and fares drop to as little as $280 round-trip. But this offer (you’ll earn 6,248 elite qualifying miles) American is giving their customers some extra incentive on the route.

Registration is required before you travel.  Go here to sign up.

    1. @ Hao – That makes me wonder if there’s enough traffic on the route to support both AA and JetBlue.

  1. Can i change my address to boston n register, also can i take a connecting flight to get double eqm, say bos-ord-dfw. Also is it also double redeamable miles

    1. Hi Thalha – It’s elite miles, not redeemable miles.

The language in the terms and conditions is similar to the same with the LGA – DFW offer, in that neither mention that you have to originate or terminate in DFW (or BOS). AA said that you just need to have qualifying segments on the outbound and return flights with the DFW – LGA, so I suspect it’s the same with DFW – BOS.

Unlike the other offer, you don’t have to live in Texas or Mass: this isn’t targeted, so no need to change your address.

  2. currenlt the fares are $280 roundtrip bos to dfw , so it will cost $4200 to get elite platinum, is this worth it only earning 50k reddemable miles. whats ur opinion, how valauable are 8 upgrades
