American starts service to between DFW and Seoul next month, I’m curious about the menu that they’ll offer on that route.  Something that’s true of both markets….we do love our BBQ!

  1. What happened to the veggie pasta option? Come ON AA! Sure one can order the same wrapped in plastic VGML as you would get in coach, but I don’t think it’s too much for a decent option in biz/first.

    1. @ IPBrian – Not to worry, these new items are additions to the menu, they didn’t drop the veggie pasta option. I should have mentioned that, that’s for bringing it up! 🙂

  2. Is there any difference in the meal offerings between premium south American markets (eze, gig, gru) versus low yield routes (lim, scl)?

    1. @ Benjamin – I may be wrong, but from what I’ve read the medium haul routes and markets that don’t have 3 class service offer menus that were put together Q4 2011. Some of the dishes include:

      Panzarotti Stuffed Eggplant,
Pork Tenderloin with Rosemary Shallot Sause,
      Beef Filet with Porcini Sauce,
Tortelloni Pasta with Rocotta and Tomato Sauce,
Beef Filet with Onion Demi Glace,
      Chicken with Garlic/Balsamic,
      Demi glace,
Beef Filet with Red Wine Sauce

The photos above are of meals offered on the long haul/3 class cabin routes. Thanks for the question and thanks for reading!

  3. since you don’t attribute the photos to anyone, we have to assume you took them. its crazy to think you would have let any of it go to waste so… thanks for consuming all that food for the sake of educating your audience! 😉

  4. @ lane axis – I didn’t take these photos. If I had, there would have been FAR more photos of dessert! 🙂
