Entourage Air
August 29, 2008 – 12:30 pmFor all 20 people out there who plan on dropping a couple thousand dollars in September to fly Virgin America from NYC to Vegas, you’ll be getting some small extra perks (mostly junk) on a co-branded "Entourage Air" jet . The perks range from Godiva truffles to Altoids. You’ll also get to borrow an Entourage-branded blanket for the ride. The marketing copy notes that you’ll "Travel like Vince and the boy." Sounds good, but last the time I checked, Vince and the boys rode on Private Jets.
This is a fairly interesting route now with Delta and Continental charging around $1200 for their business class products, undercutting Virgin America’s first class product by about $800. Just something to be aware of if you are going from NYC-LAS.
