JetBlue Sends E190s Back to Brazil
September 23, 2008 – 12:35 pmIn a little bit of irony, JetBlue founder David Neeleman has made a deal to lease up to six E-190s from JetBlue for his Brazil startup Azul. JetBlue needs to slow its growth in the wake of the industry slowdown and Neeleman needs planes. Azul plans to launch in early 2009.
