United Business Class Upgrade Progress
October 15, 2008 – 5:28 pmA gmail ad led me to a United Airlines microsite that lets you check on United’s progress in upgrading the business class fleet to the new flat bed product. As of now, 42% of the 767 fleet and 29% of the 747 fleet has been upgraded with work set to begin on the 777 fleet (which represents the bulk of the entire fleet) in 2009. So for many of you it might be until late 2009 or even 2010 until the luck of the draw lands you on an upgraded plane.
