Overheard at the Terminal
October 22, 2008 – 7:35 am“Southwest just makes sense. The service is fine and there is nothing hidden. You know what you are getting and the fares make sense.”
“I heard they (US Airways) charge for pillows now, but that’s ok, the people I know fly American.”
Can you really blame people? It is a mish mosh out there and people may be confused over which airline charges for pillows, but they do know Southwest. Southwest = reliable product and no fees. Everyone else represents the worst fancy ads or not.
