So my friends original $309.60 ticket ended up costing $226.80! This is an amazing price for a round-trip ticket from Boston to San Fran. And since she did not have an American Express card, I purchased the ticket and received the points – always an added bonus!

    @stvr – Incorrect. The 20% off does not include the amount paid in taxes, while the 10% off does. Since each city pair has different taxes there is no cut and dry % off, but I understand where you are getting the 28% from – that was my initial thought too.
