The plus side of offers like these is we should see bigger and bigger bonus point deals in 2012 if these are any indication of what is to come. The downside is the spend seems to be going up and up to get the points!
If you apply for the Gold Delta SkyMiles Biz & Pers @ $3k spend each you would have earned 96k SkyMiles.
Close enough to 100k SkyMiles for half the spend! Granted you will not get any MQM but it may be worth it. Cheers.
True but with this deal for the extra 7k spend you would net all in another 17k (bonus plus spend). Not for most but still a lot points.

I tried to use your link, and log into my AMEX acct for the shorter route. But it turned out that the offer is not available, I can only get 10K after I log into my acct?

@ Oldmanpeabody Just wanted to let you know I had the same problem. Because I was logged into my AMEX account it told me the offer was no longer available. After I logged out & closed my browser the link loaded find and I applied and for both 45,000 per & bus offers. I was instantly approved on per but still waiting on bus. I rec’d 4 other AMEX cards this year and 1 been business. Hope this info helps!
