It is amazing to see Kite Skiing at Powder Mountain. PM is one of my favorite mountains in Utah. It is away from the main resorts and for those who are brave they have Snowcat tours in the back woods and bowls (that is not me btw). PM also has a ton of sweet BLUE runs. That is where I love to ride.
Anyway, I (the round-ish one in red with the DELTA pin on my coat) will be going to PM on 7FEB2013, next Thursday, and will be skiing with reader Steve (the good looking guy in yellow who is a much better skier than me) who is also a ski patroller out at the mountain.
If you are going to be in the Salt Lake area, and ski, why not head up to PM and ski with your Delta blogger for a few turns? I will be in at lunch at noon in the main upstairs lodge if you can not find me on the slopes for a mini Delta Ski-DO for the day!

@Larry – YES! Cannyons is very very nice. A bit spread out but wow big and nice runs. Also love the Quick start to ski free 1st day!
Sounds like fun. Too bad I don’t ski. The only time I’ve tried was in Dubai!
Skied there twice. Really a fun place. I wish I was going to be in town but I am not going out for a month or so.
