  1. So Delta cancelled a ton of flights out of JFK tonight, and the weather at midnight is just about as tranquil as you might expect in March. Some wind, yes, but no snow, above freezing, and I’m stuck in NY for another night.

    Stinks, I think they got over anxious on this one. My coworkers on United and AA got out to the west coast. I’ll hopefully be on my way to SFO tomorrow, but with a whole day wasted.

    AND, even though I called Delta they were completely unhelpful in trying to book me SOMEWHERE away from NY towards SF. I guess Diamond isn’t as big a deal as I might have thought. I was treated like just another pax. Probably should have tried another agent, but I was working and busy. Delta fail.

    @Jim – Overall I think they are doing well with all these storms. I would use @DeltaAssist. Also, yes, you should have called back, as a DM you should get great service and even in the middle of a mess, they pickup after what 2 rings?
