2 others which I love:

Worldmate http://www.worldmate.com/ – I can’t (easily) travel without this, notify me of flight delays/changes ahead of airline, ease of travel itinerary, find new flights, etc.

Dopplr – http://www.dopplr.com/iphone social insight on restaurants, hotels, etc. Plus I like to track my total travel time. (niftyness like carbon http://www.flickr.com/photos/gone-walkabout/3228413471/ )
