You can get the card with a $75 statement credit to cover the annual fee at the Hyatt website (https://www.hyatt.com/hyatt/chase/ICOffer.jsp) as well.

Ditto what Gary said. $75 credit is available on the same card.

RE:◦2 Award Nights at any Hyatt property worldwide after making your first purchase – does that expire if not used within a year?

  4. Darren says:

@Karen: Sorry for the delay. Here’s the specific answer: “Each Free Night Award is valid for use for one (1) night in any available standard room within one year from issuance at any Hyatt Hotel or Resort worldwide.”

I have 2 Platinum Extras Certificates that I received via the credit card offer. One of the options on the certificate is a Regency club Upgrade. Is this the same as a suite upgrade or just Regency Club lounge access? Can these certs be used on an award stay or more specifically on my w free night awards I received with the credit card?

    Thanks for your help!

  6. Darren says:

@Gary P: I’m pretty certain the “Regency Club Upgrade” would simply be to a Regency Club room with lounge access, not a suite. I’d call Hyatt to confirm, though, as I’m not 100% on that. Also, upgrade certs are valid only on paid nights, typically.
