It seems Lufthansa is into this flash sale malarkey that airlines seem to love at the moment, with a flash sale of Business Class Tickets.

All prices are from London, and are starting prices.

Departures from other UK destinations available, subject to the usual.

Now, lets get to the important bits – T&C’s

You’ve got until end of play 14/11/2012 to book these tickets. It’s a 3 day minimum stay, max of 3 months, valid for departures from 20/12/2012-05/04/2013, returns valid from 23/12/2012-04/07/2013.

There also appears to be a Lufthansa First Class offer too – but it seems Lufthansa hasn’t loaded those fares.

Now, the kicker on these fares is these are low mileage earning fares (Business Basic), which will earn 100% miles ONLY – or in other words the dreaded Lufthansa “P” bucket.

If you need to head in that direction, these fares offer reasonable value but from a mileage runners perspective, its something to stay in bed for.

There seems to be a flurry of two day “snap” sales at the moment that appear and disappear faster than you can say “Can I have a week off work please?”.

Here are today’s offers which have wandered past my eyes:

As usual, these fares will probably earn a small pittance in miles, but do represent reasonable value for money if you actually want to travel.

I’d expect more inventory clearing snap sales to excite the public some more as time goes on as this seems the most popular way to flog seats at the moment…
