		<description>Thanks Marc for your comment.  The dandelion reminded me of registering years ago as a military brat and I could always relate to the dandelion symbol.  I adopted it immediately and spread the word that we military brats are tough as dandelions. 

I hadn&#039;t checked the website in years and I am confused by all the military brat websites I see now. I do not know which site I had registered with, but I was amazed how easy it was to find other military brats I had grown up with on bases over the years. 

The dandelion is the one thing I definitely recall from my internet contacts in the 90s.</description>
