First step I suggest is contact Starwood Preferred Guest and verify you were enrolled in the Delta miles promotion.

If promotion registration is not confirmed by SPG, then you are done. Stop.

Second - Verify SPG credited your stays?

Third - Verify SPG sent the points transfers to Delta.

If 1, 2, and 3 were completed by SPG (this was my situation), then you are done with SPG and your issue is with Delta:

Fourth- Contact Delta to find out why Starpoints were not converted to DL miles.

Good luck.

I have the same problem though mine is with Delta. Starwood customer service indicates that it is not their issue. Was that your resolution? I owuld be interested in any advice you have for getting this straightened out.

Thanks for the software tip Oliver. I have not used that program yet.

Ironic how just a heads up opens your eyes. Not an hour has passed since reading the comment about EverNote and I have come across two articles on using EverNote published in the past day.

A great alternative to Microsoft OneOne is Evernote (http://www.evernote.com). Free, supported on many platforms (incl iPhone, Mac), and constantly getting enhanced. The best feature for me is that the information gets stored "in the cloud", yet is also synched and thus available offline on each of your machines via client software or from any machine on the net via web browser.

No, I don't work for Evernote or have any other affiliation other than being a happy user of their software.
