It appears Costco is phasing out the Hyatt Gift Checks? I could not find them at the Foster City, CA or San Diego, CA (Morena Blvd) locations today. Foster City said they are no longer carrying them.

Thanks Paul for answering Ken's question. I have been hanging out in Aspen and Vail and remained totally unconnected these past few days.

Ken, up until July 23, the four items you mentioned were stackable. I received an email today from the Hyatt Concierge which stated:

"Dear Hyatt Gold Passport Member,
You recently registered for an offer with Hyatt Customer Service to earn 1,000 American Airlines AAdvantage miles per night. Unfortunately, as of
July 23, 2010, this promotion is no longer valid. Please be aware that you will keep the miles you've already earned, but you will not be able to earn any additional miles in this promotion. The miles you have
already earned will post to your AAdvantage account in the next 4-6 weeks..."

This promotion was extensively discussed on Flyertalk and confirmed stackable with the 2,500 AA miles promotion. In addition, the promotion was retroactive back to June 15 (I was able to get extra 2,000 AA miles for past stays when I called to sign up).

One more thing, when you make a reservation using the Costco promo code 13365, there are sometimes two rates: one which matches the AAA discounted rate, and a second one which comes with a $25 hotel credit (this one is often lower and matches the AAA Breakfast rate). To see the $25 credit, you may have to click on the "rate details".
