They have info cards at check-in counters that have some details. I got one the other day at a Country Inn.
50K points for first purchase. 35K points for $2500 spend in 3 months. 10 points per $ spent at CC properties. 5 points per $ spend elsewhere. Also free night (assuming this means no points charged) for last night on a 2 or more night reward stay. No annual fee mentioned.
Love it! Received card today; used it already and will try to use it for ALL purchases as much as possible.
