I have done this before, it was “targeted” before but still worked. SS is just an identity check, many sites do this for similar types of account openings.

It is odd, I’d been able to vote with no problem in the other brackets. I’m using Chrome. It is almost as if the system thinks I voted already for this one (which I haven’t).
