The registration link for the Chicago Seminars is now up and running! If you are new to the miles and points seminars, they are a great way to get some first-hand information about earning and redeeming miles and points. Not only can you learn from the speakers, but the others attendees are also often a wealth of information.
The Frequent Traveler University that will be held in April in New Jersey has been open for registration for a week or two, but as of this morning the Chicago Seminars are now also open for registration! While the Chicago Seminars aren’t until October 12 – 14th, some of the more popular sessions are likely to fill-up well in advance, so don’t delay too long if there are specific sessions you hope to attend.

While I am presenting this year, I attended last year as an attendee and really enjoyed the Seminars. You can find my review of last year’s Seminar here. There is always more to learn in the ever-changing miles and points world. I think moving toward an Advanced and Beginner track is a good move as there are attendees of all different miles and points levels. Don’t hesitate to attend these Seminars if you are new to miles and points collecting – in fact, you may get the very most out of it!
The Chicago Seminars are $85 and that includes the sessions, lunches, and coffee breaks. The host hotel has reportedly already sold-out, but you can still book a room at the over-flow hotel that does have a shuttle to the host hotel. You can get more information about the hotels and other related information on Flyertalk or Milepoint. I hope to see you at the Frequent Traveler University in April and/or the Chicago Seminars in October!
If you have attended in the past, please share your experiences. If you are considering going this year, feel free to ask questions and we’ll do the best to get you some answers.
