Getting an award first class seat on the Lufthansa A380 using United miles is not the easiest task in the world since availability doesn’t appear until about 14 days before departure – and even then it isn’t guaranteed. I am currently smack in the middle of the Star MegaDo 4. The international portion has ended, and the domestic portion has begun.
