   Let’s see… what appears to be a 3-series BMW taxi, a VW Passat taxi, LHD cars, and driving on the right side of the road leads me to believe this is somewhere in Germany, although the license plates don’t look quite right. I’ll throw out the wild guess of Dusseldorf.
