Starwood Lurker just announced Starwood’s second quarter promotion, which will run from May 1 through July 31. Through this promotion you will earn one free night redeemable at a Starwood resort for every three stays you make. While it’s not quite as mattress “runnable” as Hyatt’s Faster Free Nights promotions in the past, this is the best second quarter promotion offered by any hotel chain, in my opinion.
Registration is required by June 30, 2011, and free nights can be redeemed at any of over 200 Starwood resorts any day of the week through December 21, 2011.
Now that I’m a Starwood Platinum, I’m actually quite tempted by this promotion. I wouldn’t mind spending a few nights at a St. Regis resort somewhere, even though I don’t really need the stay credits to requalify for Platinum this year (and I’m not even sure that I want to requalify next year).

@ Eric — I would in a heartbeat, though the St. Regis Bali isn’t participating in this promotion because it’s a category 7 resort. Free nights can only be redeemed at category 1-6 hotels.
