The Four Points Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile is giving away 1,000 SPG points for following three easy steps.

1) Like them on Facebook here and fill out the short form, including your first name, last name, email address, and SPG number.

2) Share the link with your friends on Facebook (which you’re automatically prompted to do after you fill out the form). Yes, I hate spamming my friends, but c’mon now, I don’t value them nearly as much as 1,000 SPG points. ;)

3) Post a comment on the Four Points’ wall.

It seems too good to be true, though as far as I can tell it’s legitimate. The only limitation I see is that they’re trying to reach 1,000 “likes,” so they may very well cut off the promotion when they reach that point. As of the time I’m writing this they have 837 “likes.”

Also, they seem to have learned from the Westin Charlotte’s botched promotion with this disclosure:
