And it’s pretty painful. Looked to me like they were going for a flash mob type video, until the “audience” started holding up signs.

    Oh come on, how can you dislike this video? Any airline that tries to have a little fun is better than having flight attendants repeatedly ask you to turn off electronics or even worse, hit the button to play the turn off all electronics video repeatedly.
