First Class Cannot Use Business Class Checkin

Enjoy this ridiculous tale of a Lufthansa flyer with a first class ticket who was not permitted to use the business class checkin line even though it was shorter than the first class line.

(yes, it’s been a slow news week in airlineworld.)

Actually, he had a Business Class ticket. The problem was that he didn’t HAVE a ticket or boarding pass in hand. He was trying to get to the counter to GET it! But they wouldn’t let him check in for his business class boarding pass until he could produce a business class boarding pass….
