1800europe.com is offering a great summer deal to Ireland - but you have to act quick. Reserve by July 15 and travel by August 24, and you can get a flight to Ireland from New York and 3 days’ rental car for $777 (plus about $150 or so in taxes). Given that flights during that period are more than $1,000, this is quite a bargain. Other departure cities are available for a small upcharge.
