    The FedEx discount provided by USAA can’t be beat – up to 40% discount which is much better than Amex Open and FedEx/USAirways discounts. If you have an account with USAA & you ship FedEx domestic or International, it’s the way to go. I’ll take low rates over points/miles any day.
