Mrs. Weekly Flyer was lucky enough to take a tour the new Centurion lounge in Las Vegas today. It’s located in Concourse D near gate D 4. You’ll see a bright blue door that is unmarked until you walk in….Secretive!
Centurion American Express Club
The Centurion American Express Club only opened a few days ago her impressions were that the lounge is very nice and by far the best lounge in Las Vegas.
Amenities of this club lounge include:
- $50 entrance
- Full breakfast
- Showers
- Full kids play room
- Offices for meetings
- Renown chef inspired
- Only “centurion” members get in free right now
- Full FAQ on the lounge
Unfortunately, the lounge is so secretive, Mrs. Weekly Flyer wasn’t able to snap any inside pictures. So you’ll have to visit this one for yourself next time you find yourself in Las Vegas.
The Club At Las
I recently visited the Club At Las Lounge thanks to the 100,000 Platinum American Express offer I signed up for earlier this year. The lounge is a nice break from the Vegas airport slot machines. It’s a fine way to enjoy a snack, drink or catch up on some work before leaving Las Vegas. The amenities of this lounge include:
- Telephones
- Wi-fi Access
- Work Stations / PCs
- Internet / Dataports
- Business Center *
- Free Snacks and Drinks
- Free Alcoholic Drinks
- Newspapers / Magazines
- TVs
- Shower Facilities
- Disabled Access
The entrance is in the D concourse behind the Fruits and Nuts stand to the left once you exit the escalators. There is another Club at Las located in Terminal 3 near gate E2, I only visited the lounge in the D concourse.
The lounge has very modern and seemingly new furniture. The snack bar is located directly behind the entrance and included granola bars, humus, chips and a few other nick-nacks.
The bar is towards the window. There is a door to the right of the bar that leads to another seating area which was completely empty when I was in the lounge.
The drink menu was surprisingly good for a complimentary selection. The notable items that jumped out at me were the Domaine Ste. Michele Blanc Champagne, I can personal vouch for the taste of this Champagne, and the Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch.
United Club Lounge
The United Club lounge is ironically right next to all of the Delta gates at gate D 33. I can’t specifically comment on this lounge because it doesn’t provide access to Priority Pass Select members.
Bottom Line
There are a few good lounge options in Vegas, the newest of which is the Centurion American Express Lounge. If you have a Centurion card, the new club lounge is a must visit.
Nothing better than a wide-body domestic flight back home after a long night in Vegas.

Who has access to the centurion club? You say black card holders enter for free. You also make reference to a $50 entry fee. Does that mean anyone can enter?
The Weekly Flyer said,
If you have an American Express card, you can pay the $50 and gain access. But if you have a Centurion card, the entrance fee is free.
