The recent trend in promotions that don’t require hotel hopping is a nice change of pace, especially since hopping hotels during the summer golf season with a set of clubs becomes cumbersome.

It is a shame they capped this promotion which makes it not as good as their 4,000 bonus points promotion a few years ago. The one that I took advantage of to earn 7 nights at the Intercontinental Bora Bora Thalasso Resort and Spa. But 1,000 bonus points or 200 miles per night is nothing to shake a stick at.

Bottom Line

It is hard to not stay anywhere other than SPG right now with their triple points promotion that you can get through the SPG nice choice promotion.

But, if you are staying at a Priority Club hotel anyway, make sure you sign up for this lucrative promotion.
