I was having a frustrating time trying to fly biz class to Italy with United miles, booking 6 weeks out, repeatedly told nothing was available. I read this article, joined ATA's program, checked out ATA's Star Alliance awards availability then called United again. Now I was knowledgable, talking about StarNet and the person I spoke with suddenly had all kinds of options for me!<br/><br/>Got biz class to Rome and economy back, with plenty of time for biz to come available before I travel.<br/><br/>Thank you for great advice!!
