Delta Air Lines is offering double frequent-flier miles to its customers flying into or out of Philadelphia, Phoenix and Charlotte.
Customers buying first-class tickets will get triple miles.
Pre-registration is required for the bonus, which is good on flights through April 17.
Delta’s promotion appears aimed at US Airways, which operates hubs at all three cities. When asked if there was a connection, a spokeswoman representing Delta would only say that “Delta periodically launches promotions in various markets based on competition.
