Sunday night I called Delta Airlines domestic reservations to confirm seats on a flight.
(Tickets were booked using Northwest miles)
the reservation person says
“Oh I see you have a Continental Airlines flight and it’s not ticketed ”
Huh??
I said “ I have a Delta Airlines flight why do you think I’m calling Delta Airlines.” He corrected his mistake.
After He made 2 more goofs I asked to be switched to a supervisor-That took three requests. These offshore reps always have a hard time giving up the call for a supervisor.
Finally I spoke to a USA based rep that answered the questions and confirmed it had been ticketed.
When is Delta Airlines going to have well trained offshore reps??
