One Pass Miles - Well we recently and relunctantly booked another trip with Continental to find out the trip taken last May 2008 1st class miles for both of us were not posted to our accounts. They refuse to credit us even when we produced the ticket stubs and payment information. They have a six month policy and they are standing firm. Had I known this, this trip coming we would not have booked with them. No Customer service there.

The airlines do not offer enough award seats to meet the demand, but if you are willing to pay double, an award seat becomes available, but they haven't raised the price of an award seat.

This is nothing but a ripoff, to those who have supported them for years. Something needs to be done, they are only interested in the bottom line, not taking care of those of us who got them there.
