Microsoft has introduced 1800 BING 411  (1-800-246-4411) to compete with Google’s 1 800 GOOG 411 (1-800-466-4411).

Both are free and they will find business listings and put you thru no charge to the number or send you a text message with more details.

They both work from cell phones and landlines

Bing has advantages – it supplies turn-by-turn directions from wherever you are and the weather service is very good.
