Amex:

  • N/A

Barclays (in order):

  • Priceline – auto approved
  • Choice – auto approved
  • US Air – auto approved
  • Virgin America – auto approved
  • Best Western – pending, did not bother to call

BOA:

  • Alaska business – received call day after and was approved for both
  • Hawaii business – received call day after and was approved for both

Chase:

  • Ink Bold – approved via recon
  • Ink Plus – approved via recon

Citi:

  • Thank You Preferred 1 – approved via chat, move credit from existing account
  • Thank You Preferred 2 – approved via chat, move credit from existing account

US Bank:

  • Radisson personal – auto approved
  • Radisson business – pending, calling not useful

This teaser is all I can get out before I head to the gate for my flight to Shanghai…details to come, I learned a lot in this round.

Yes, I do have affialiate links for a number of these cards, though am not going to stuff them into your eye sockets, you can find them in my Barclays, Chase and Citi pages, with disclosure on whether or not I receive commission for specific cards.

    @emily – I will do a detailed follow-up post on this, as noted, I fired that off before my flight to China. Barclays in particular is quite interesting!

    @traveler – I have never applied for the Alaska personal, I keep hoping the 40k bonus will come back so this time I did the biz, partly because wanted to test getting 2 biz from BOA, never tried any biz cards with them…chalk it up to blog research. :)

    @MilesAbound – yep, all on Monday, I do quarterly but sort of missed the September round, instead I had some August with Hilton Reserve x2 and the SPG 30k biz bonus + Amex Delta Plat bonus.

    I’m dying to hear how you got 4 cards from Barclays, all automatically approved. You had to have submitted them using the multi-browser trick.
