   @Laurel – some cards don’t offer them, some do, and those that do can come and go or only offer to certain publishers like some recent Amex offers. I am not aware of anyone getting bonuses on the Club Carlson cards which is probably why few write about them, but the recent giveaway contents from a few bloggers make me suspect they are getting semi-exclusive offers.
