With a siren welcome of emergency vehicles, we’re off the plane and into the cold. Rumor has it we just missed a herd of Santa’s reindeer.

7:13am as we near landing in Oslo. As for Oslo, after the moderator flight attendants dressed in Hawaiian shirts and lei’s for all passengers, it’s a bit of a surprise to see it snowing with the white stuff all around. And the Kona coffee brought over from Hawaii by a FlyerTalker still makes the cabin smell great.

There is little doubt that the excitement of this day has many FlyerTalkers up before this type of wake-up call. You could feel it in the conversation at last nights dinner and no doubt there will be some tired, but happy faces come boarding time. Yours truly wants to make that flight so will join them.
