One would think that is like asking me what color is my silver car or who is buried in Grant’s Tomb - yet that is the question asked by FlyerTalk member wxguy upon reviewing his receipt of the room charges at the Marriott hotel at the airport in Los Angeles.
Imagine being charged an access fee of US$1.00 for each toll-free telephone call.
