According to www.airlinecodes.co.uk there have been 2 Kiwi airlines, both of which are out of business. Perhaps fitting since a Kiwi is a flightless bird.

Frankly, not only have I never eaten vending machines for dinner, I also have never eaten a street either – but that is not my asphalt.
