If you are bowled over by the mere thought of a steaming hot bowl of delicious soup — especially with the cold winter approaching in the northern Hemisphere — then you will enjoy being spoon-fed different soup favorites and ideas in the thread simply titled I Love Soup!
Then again, if you are located in the Southern Hemisphere with summer approaching, a bowl of cold soup might do the trick as well.
Why not use your noodle and consommé-t your passion by posting about how much you take stock in eating your favorite soup? Don’t be a chowder-head — post in that thread!

FlyerTalk member show_me_the_points says “I hate tipping, how can we end it?”
Should the practice of giving a gratuity to a server in a dining establishment — or, perhaps, to anyone — be abolished?
Those who argue against the practice of tipping say that it is false advertising when it comes to pricing and complicates the paying procedure — amongst other arguments — while those who defend it say tipping ensures good service and keeps food prices lower.

When liquids are confiscated at an airport security checkpoint, it is usually assumed that they are confiscated to minimize security threats, such as suspected terrorists disguising potential liquid components for explosives or bombs as harmless drinks or lotions. It also can be assumed that if those liquids are indeed deemed potential threats to security that authorities would dispose of them in a proper manner.
Apparently, the rules regarding liquids at airport security checkpoints are allegedly rather fluid regarding compliance. For example, how would you feel if you found Your Confiscated Liquids For Sale instead of them being disposed properly?

A new and improved feature has been added to private messages in FlyerTalk: there is now a Change to “Reply to All” in PMs where a new Reply to All button has been added.
At first glance, this may not seem like such a big deal. However, if you wanted to reply to two FlyerTalk members simultaneously in a private message, the only way to do this until now was to reply to one FlyerTalk member and manually add the name of the other FlyerTalk member in the Recipient Username(s) field.
With the improvement of the Reply to All feature, the private messaging function in the vBulletin bulletin board software that powers FlyerTalk just became a little more convenient and efficient.
