A while ago I asked how long is it reasonable for an airline to take to refund a fare?   Most responses suggested up to a week.

American Airlines took over 100 days to process a refundable business class ticket which unfortunately I needed to cancel due to change in circumstances.  When I commented that this was an inordinate amount of time, far in excess of their own policies published on the AA website, they weakly responded that they were busy.

You should let them know of your fee or fee’s for 30, 60 and 90 days. And that they have to pay all 3 at this point. You will think about waving the 90 day as they are your “preferred” airline as long as they pay up on the 30 and 60 day fee right away. You will take credit vouchers as payment as it seems like the only form of “cash” airlines have now-a-days.

I would send a letter suggesting a voucher would be in order at this point and I think if you do POST IT in the mail to customer service you will get one!
