The damage happened during the trip I did this summer – Business Class United and Europe (various).
It took some time and a few e-mails, but partly it was my ‘fault’. They say to keep the subject when you reply and I did but I sent the reply with the required documents from other e-mail address. I was curious to see whether their system would still be able to track down my issue down and of course they kept saying they had not received the documents. I replied from the same address where I started the ticket and yes the documents were received.
Yes, I know I satisfied my curiosity to see what was going to happen with the price of delaying the check by a few weeks. Was it worth it? It does not matter, I just wanted to do it .
