The V Australia 777-300

I found this photo on Airliners.net of the first V Australia 777, and the photographer (Royal S King), was kind enough to let me share it here.

I’m pleased with the way the aircraft looks – I love silver, for some reason. Then again, I’m always happy when an airline decides against a eurowhite scheme (there’s just too many eurowhite schemes out there, I think). What do you think?

I think it looks fantastic – but I am a little biased :) The aircraft keeps with the tradition of Virgin colours (http://www.airlines-and-airliners.org.uk/images/virgin-atlantic-airways.jpg) but at the same time looks completely new.

The aircraft in your pic is VH-VOZ taken on the 8th January 09. The airline’s second aircraft, VH-VPD made its virgin voyage last week.

Marty – thanks for stopping by and giving that info. Looks like you have a great website, by the way.
