Things in the Sky

This morning Alaska announced some new service. On August 3, the airline will enter the Austin market with one daily roundtrip to Seattle. American used to fly the route, so I guess Alaska feels there’s enough demand for them to pick it up. Alaska fliers on this route can earn double miles through October 15. Alaska also announced new service between Portland and Maui, with three flights a week. Click here for a schedule of the new flights.
