I noticed on Facebook yesterday that Virgin America had put up a survey:

The survey does list some of the top results, like San Francisco to Chicago or JFK to Miami definitely have some potential. It will be interesting if the winner will actually be the next route. It has been done before – it’s how AirTran chose to serve Phoenix in 2006.
