Impoartant update:Wyndham Rewards and BMI bonus posting problem!

I have mentioned here about bonus posting problem for existing WR members. It is confirmed now!

If you did not enroll Wyndham Rewards via this link, you must contact WR customer Service to manually enroll BMIPRO10 for you, otherwise, bonus will not be posted!

Even if you enrolled via above link, but no bonus posted within 4 days after ur stay posted, contact CSR to check enrollment of BMIPRO10

I know there is no where mentioned u have to register, but u just have to, this is another example of their vague T&C caused trouble!

    Should be, because
    1 I am in the same situation
    2 too many people not getting them like us
    3 CSR confirmed as long as before March 31
    4 no where mentioned in T&c u need to register prior to stay

    Should I email or call? Do you have the phone number? And, I always get confused by ByRequest v. Wyndham Rewards…does it matter who we contact? Thanks!!

    there is no byrequest anymore, all become Wyndham Rewards.

    I emailed them, but email normally take 5 days, call them is faster. number is listed on WR website

    I actually emailed and got the following reply which is consistent with what you have previously posted:

    “You need to be registered before the completion of the promotion on March 31, 2010 .

    All Wyndham Rewards Members regardless of country of residence that book and complete up to 4 qualifying stays between February 4, 2010 and March 31, 2010 will earn 5,000 miles per stay, up to a total of 20,000 miles.

    Please note, as per the rules and regulations of the promotion there is a limit of four bonus point offers per member, regardless of how many times the member stays during the promotion time frame.

    customerserviceintl@wyndhamrewards.com. Our Member Services hours of operation are Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 12:00 am EST, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 10:00 pm EST.”
