My award experience with British Airways

In the previous post, I mentioned I was able to score 1 seat on business class at 120K using Delta miles on Delta own mental for trans pacific flight,but did not ticket due to bad schedule. I decided to use BA miles for flight on JL, since BA website doesn’t show JL seats anymore, I had to call to book.

It only took me 15 minutes to get ticket issued on the date/time/cabin from PVG-NRT-LAX in Business class. so easy to find a seat as it’s only few days left before departure and seats are wide open for awards.

Total cost 50K BA miles(one way)+200 USD including call center phone and fuel surcharge.

    用Chase挣来BA里程的很多人都不知道最近BA网站有故障、但是可以通过电话订JAL的方法。

    而且在“想飞”版里大家都说要保密不外传的…………

    刘总，JL的现在在BA，QF都看不到啊，JL自己的网站看到的票，有一个问题，Premium经济舱的partner那边available么？我感觉应该是JL自己的才可以吧

    @yi, yes, you can not book Premium Economy with partner miles
