Earn Double Delta miles when you fly DL, AZ, AF or KL with Alaska airlines on the same ticket

You need to register here, then purchase and fly before Nov 15th, 2010.  The promotion is running from Sep 15th-Nov 15th, 2010. The ticket must be contain both Aitalia, Air France, KLM or Delta AND Alaska airlines in order to get double miles.

    I just flew SEA-LAX-LAS by AS and DL, the second segment, LAX-LAS was marketed by AS and operated by DL.

    Does this routing count as eligible flight according to the T&C?
