2 tips for Delta Miles redemptions
1 Consider using Jet airway to cross Atlantic, they have one of the best business class product. Availabilities are good. However, they only release one seat in Business class from JFK/EWR-BRU on any date. I don’t have time to test whether they will release the second seat after took the first one, I will test them later this month to see it
2 Consider using Air Europa to cross Atlantic from JFK/MIA-MAD, then connect to other European cities. Please note, Air Europa business award seat booking class is Z, most agents don’t know it because they just changed not too longer ago from P class.
PS: I forgot to mention how to search Jet airways, 2 ways, one is using ANA single partner award or call American Airlines. Delta can not see real time availability, AA can.

i tried the ana tool for 9w for many many days. does not have anything for either business or economy. seem strange, isnt it?

Did you try 1 person or 2? if you try 1, still nothing, that means ANA search is same as DL system, which means award on 9W has to be on request basis. AA can see real time
