A mistake should not be made my me
Many people have already knew the current LAX-PVG double/triple miles promotion from American Airlines and registered for it. As a EXP member lives in Shanghai, there’s no reason for me not to register. The promotion email was sent out around late Feb even though the service did not start until last week.
Yesterday, I just took the flight and found out AFTER the flight I DID NOT register for this promotion!!!! I had impression I did, but in fact I did not! At least I found out after the outbound, otherwise, I would have miss the entire trip.
I did call AAdvatange CSR, they were nice enough to honor half of the bonus!! better than nothing!
